1. THE PRIZE DRAW

1.1 The Prize: Three (3) winners will be selected every week to receive one (1) official match ticket to a World Cup fixture (the “Prize”).

1.2 Scope of Prize: The Prize includes the match ticket only.

Winners are solely responsible for their own travel arrangements, including but not limited to: flights, ground transportation, accommodation, travel insurance, and meals.
Jupay is not responsible for any costs or logistics incurred beyond the provision of the match ticket itself.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 General Eligibility: The Jupay World Cup Experience is open to all registered Jupay users globally who are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

3. HOW TO ENTER

3.1 Entry Methods: There are two ways to enter the draw:
Method A: Automatic Entry (Transaction Method) Receive one (1) entry for every $100 USD (or local currency equivalent) sent via the Jupay app in a single transaction during the Qualifying Period. Every additional $100 transferred in a single or subsequent transaction counts as one additional entry.
Method B: Free Entry (Alternative Method of Entry) To enter without making a transfer, send an email to support@jupay.co with the subject line: "World Cup Experience Entry." You must include your Full Name and the Email Address associated with your Jupay account in the body of the email. Each email received counts as one (1) entry into the current weekly drawing.

3.2 Equal Opportunity: All entries, whether via money transfer or the email-in method, have an equal chance of winning. Each entry is assigned a unique ID and entered into the same randomized pool.

4. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

4.1 Randomized Drawing: Winners will be selected weekly via an electronic randomized drawing process.

4.2 Live Draw: To ensure full transparency, draws will be conducted LIVE on Jupay’s official social media platforms.

4.3 Notification: Winners will be contacted via the email or phone number associated with their Jupay account within 48 hours of the draw.

5. PRIZE CONDITIONS & REDEMPTION

5.1 Travel Documentation: Winners are solely responsible for obtaining necessary Visas, Passports, and health permits. Jupay is not liable for a winner's inability to attend the match due to travel restrictions or visa denials.

5.2 Deadline for Acceptance: Winners must confirm acceptance of the Prize within 72 hours of notification. If a winner fails to confirm within this window, Jupay reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5.3 Non-Transferable: Prizes are awarded "as-is" and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other credit.

6. DATA PROTECTION & PUBLICITY

6.1 Privacy: Jupay will process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6.2 Publicity: By entering, winners agree to the use of their first name and social media handle during the Live Draw and for reasonable promotional purposes related to this campaign.

7. GENERAL

7.1 Disqualification: Jupay reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in a fraudulent manner.

7.2 Right to Cancel: Jupay reserves the right to void, suspend, or amend the promotion and these terms at any time if required by law or logistical necessity.
